The worse thing one can do when one has been grifted is try to con the con, especially when one isn’t a con. Hans Frank sets out to do this and comes to realize he should have stayed home. Part fact, part fiction, this feature length, modern day, stripped down film noir, somewhere between The Blair Witch Project and Jaques Tourneur’s Out of the Past, is as gritty as a Jim Thompson novel and full of twists, turns, tragedy, and humor (currently in production).
